The flow of your excitement bridges the gap between your physical experience and our spiritual essence. Excitement is your internal compass.

  • The sign you've been waiting for. When you're genuinely excited, your body releases dopamine, enhancing focus and motivation. This chemical reaction is your body's affirmation that you're on track. It's your inbuilt biological, energetic compass. Everything you need is within you!

  • Excitement vs Entertainment: True excitement feels expansive, uplifting and energizing. A clear contrast to the fleeting rush of impulsive distractions and reaction based decisions. It's the difference between a deep, resonant "yes" and a superficial urge to sooth or distract.

For a real world example. In my own life, my excitement led me here speaking with you today. 15 years ago I was contracted to 6 year job that was not in alignment with excitement. The decision was made in fear.

10 years ago after drowning myself in distractions to avoid the pain. I took action and followed my excitement. Driven by my passion for health & wellbeing I transformed my own health. I got certified holistically. I took a leap of faith quitting my job without knowing what I would do next.

From there a series of opportunities fell into my lap one after the other. Leading me here… Somewhere I would not have imagined in my wildest dreams I’d be. My excitement became a catalyst for change.

I went from feeling lost to find my way one day at a time. And I know you can too.

Neuroscience of Flow

The Trap of Overthinking & Perfectionism

  • Paralysis by Analysis: Overanalyzing can lead to missed opportunities. Waiting for the "perfect" moment often means waiting forever.

  • Action Over Perfection: Embrace the idea that taking imperfect action is better than inaction. Progress, not perfection, propels you forward.

Rewriting Limiting Beliefs

  • Identifying Negative Self-Talk: Recognize thoughts that undermine your confidence. Awareness is the first step to change.

  • Challenging and Reframing: Replace limiting beliefs with empowering ones. For instance, "I'm not ready" becomes "I'm growing and learning every day."

  • Embracing Failure as Feedback: View setbacks as learning opportunities rather than definitive failures. Each stumble is a step towards mastery.

Flow vs Force

In Dr. David R. Hawkins' Map of Consciousness, emotions are assigned vibrational frequencies on a logarithmic scale from 1 to 1,000. Fear calibrates at a low frequency of 100, while doubt, often associated with feelings of guilt or apathy, falls even lower. In stark contrast, joy resonates at a high frequency of 540.

This significant disparity illustrates that by elevating our emotional state to the level of joy, we can transcend the debilitating effects of fear and doubt. Choose Love or Above.

  • High Vibrational States: Emotions such as joy and excitement, which empower and inspire action.

By consciously choosing to elevate our emotional state, we can move from the restrictive energies of fear and doubt to the expansive energies of joy and excitement.

Rather than resisting these low-frequency emotions, simply feel them to let it flow, to let them go without attachment. Then understand with the mind why its bubbling up to release by asking yourself these questions right NOW…

  • “What meaning am I creating about this situation?”…

  • “What am I choosing to think and believe about this situation?”…

  • “Is this perception helping or hindering me and my goals?”…

  • “If the world is happening for me and my highest good, how would this worldview change my perception of this event?”…

  • “How would love respond in this situation next time?”…

Then we can choose to focus on what genuinely excites and uplifts us which activates your body and heart. This conscious shift propels us into higher vibrational states, effectively rendering fear and doubt powerless over our actions.

By embracing our passions and pursuing what brings us joy, we naturally rise above lower vibrations, aligning ourselves with a more empowered and fulfilling existence.
